    Default polaris atv brakes

while riding my 2000 polaris xpedition 425 4x4 atv the brakes slowly tighten up as i am riding and using the brakes. After about 15 minutes of riding, the brakes get tight enough that i have to stop and release the pressure by opening a bleeder screws on one of the calipers. I have replaced the brake pads and seals in all the calipers but the problem continues. I have been told that one of the brake lines could be bad but wanted to get some more advice before spending that much money. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello sullmann,

Before we get too involved with possibilities, let's look at a few basics: make certain that your brake reservoirs are not over-filled. Also, make certain that there is no air in the hydraulic system.
