    Hello Caleb Palmer,

For your model year Crown Victoria, the starter relay is located in the "high current relay center" which is a small assembly that houses two relays. It is located just behind the fuse and relay juction box on the right (passenger's) side of the engine compartment. The relays for later models are different than earlier models and are smaller like typical relays.

Is the Starter Motor Relay the larger of the two relays, then? (The other one is that same size as the other relays both in the fuse/relay box by the battery as well as the relay box next to the cruise control box.)

    Hello Caleb Palmer,

Email us at Research@haynes.com and we'll send you a diagram of the terminals for identification. We can FAX it as well if you provide a number..
