    Default G6 Steering problem

Hi all, 2006 pontiac G6 Gt pulling hard to the left. Appears to correct after apply the brakes hard a couple of times. However caliper slides freely on pins and piston retracts easily . Any thoughts?

    Hello Bgoyetche,

You may have a suspension or steering system issue if the brakes are working properly.

Yep, there is something there . The fact that a few hard pumps on the brake pedal seemed to fix the problem led me right to the front calipers. I was surprised to find everything working as it should.Gremlins are such a pain!

    Hello begoyetchy,

I'm wondering if a severe issue with the rear brakes could be a factor?

Can't fine any issues with either front or rear brakes, condition seems to have resolved itself. May have had something jammed up in front caliper that has since fallen free.
