    Default 2001 Lexus ES300 overheating

I have an overheating problem only when the A/C is turned on - when the car is operating in normal temperatures and without A/C, temperature gauge is at normal. If the ambient temperature gets into the '90s and the A/C is on, the gauge heads up close to the red. The radiator was recently serviced, I've replaced the thermostat and checked for air in the system. Any ideas??

    Hello rbatista4,

When your A/C is on, you should also have an additional cooling fan operating at the same time. After your vehicle has warmed up, turn your A/C on and check for fan operation. Both cooling fans should be on.

Default Appears to be the issue... Thanks.

Thanks for the response. It appears a relay is bad, keeping the second fan from turning.
