    Default turn signals

I have a 2001 Monte Carlo. The right turn signals do not work most of the
time. We changed the hazard light/turn signal flasher and it is still not
    working.
The bulbs are o.k. They work when the hazard signal is on.

The flasher c****s faster when the right turn signal is on.

The left turn signal works fine.

    Hi TacoTruck,

Usually when the turn signals on one side flash more rapidly than the other side, you'll find a burned-out bulb on the faster flashing side. However, in your case the bulbs seem to be OK. You could have an intermittent open-circuit condition in the right-side turn signal circuit. The problem could range from a bad ground, a loose connector or a faulty turn signal switch.

Your car is covered in Haynes manual no. 24048, if you don't already have one.

Thanks for your interest in Haynes manuals!
