2000 grand cherokee limited

I just recently purchased a used 2000 cherokee and the lift gate and/or back window will not open.Was wondering if anyone know's if there is a seperate fuse for the automatic door locks for the tailgate?Or alternately if anyone else has experienced this problem and can point me in another direction to pursue as the cause?
