i just acquired a 1996 ford explorer that failed state inspection due to front brake inbalance. the previous owner told me his mechanic said it was a problem with the abs. i just finished reading the haynes abs manual and it does not seem like abs would/could affect normal brake balance. does anyone have any suggestions?
