89 ford festiva A/C

Replaced a/c unit and converted it to R-134, original unit worked just leaked. Now I don't get power to the a/c clutch, unless I hot wire it. Store sold me a/c relay, but can't find it on car. Bought repair manual, but no details on this. Could use any help out there.

You should have 3 relays located below the drivers headlight toward the bottom behind the horn. If you are still having trouble you should shoot an email to research@haynes.com, they've always been good to me.
